Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Chirastock account and data.
How to Delete Your Account
1. In-App Deletion
If you have the app installed, you can delete your account as follows:
- Open the Chirastock app
- Go to Settings and select “Delete Account”
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the deletion
When you delete your account from within the app, your account and data will be deleted immediately.
2. Request Deletion by Email
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you can request account deletion by email:
- To: chirastock.miwa@gmail.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include in your message:
- The email address you registered with
- A statement that you wish to delete your account
What Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information will be removed:
- Account information (email address and user ID)
- Groups you created
- Items you added
- Notes you added
- Images you uploaded
Please note: Data in groups shared with family members may remain accessible to other members. Please consult with group members regarding shared group data.
Processing Time
- In-app deletion: Your account and data will be deleted immediately
- Email requests: We will process your request promptly after confirming your identity (within 30 days at most)
