These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern use of Chirastock (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement

You must accept these Terms to use the App. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

2. The service

The App helps households manage inventory and share it with family or housemates. Features include:

• Registering and managing items
• Sharing stock status
• Groups for multiple people
• Reminders to check stock

3. Accounts

3.1 Creating an account

• You need a valid email address and password
• If you are under 13, create an account only with a parent or guardian’s consent
• You are responsible for providing accurate information

3.2 Account security

• You are responsible for keeping your account confidential
• Notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized use
• We are not liable for damage from unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Violate law or public order
• Use the App in connection with crime
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights in the App
• Disrupt servers or networks of the App, other users, or third parties
• Use information from the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Interfere with operation of the App
• Access data without authorization or tamper with data
• Collect other users’ personal information
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Harm, damage, or harass other users or third parties
• Otherwise use the App in ways we consider inappropriate

5. Content

5.1 Your content

• You own content you post (item details, photos, notes, and similar)
• You grant us a license to use that content as needed to provide the service

5.2 Removal

• We may remove content that violates these Terms
• Restoration of removed content is not guaranteed

6. Changes, interruption, and termination

We may suspend or stop all or part of the App without prior notice if:

• We need to maintain or update systems
• Force majeure (disaster, outage, and similar) makes service difficult
• Computers or networks fail
• We otherwise determine that providing the App is difficult

7. Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for disputes between you and other users or third parties
• We do not warrant that the App will meet a particular purpose, or that it will be error-free
• We are not liable for damages related to use of the App, to the extent permitted by law

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the App belongs to us or our licensors. Using the App under these Terms does not transfer those rights to you.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms without individual consent. Updated Terms take effect when posted in the App or otherwise notified.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts at our principal place of business have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
