Chirastock (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

- Item names

- Group names
- Group member information
- Device information
- App usage (crash reports and performance data)
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and authenticate accounts
- Manage and share inventory
- Provide group features
- Improve the App and fix bugs
- Provide user support
3. Sharing
We do not share personal information with third parties except:
- When you give explicit consent
- When required by law
- When needed to provide the service (for example Firebase and other providers)
4. Storage and security
- Data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform)
- Credentials are stored encrypted
- Firestore security rules restrict access to authenticated users
- Access is also controlled per group
5. Your rights
You may:
- Access your personal information
- Correct your personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Delete your account
To exercise these rights, delete your account in Settings or contact us.
6. Photo library access
The App may request access to your photo library so you can choose item photos. We use this permission only after you grant it.
7. Retention
We keep data until you delete your account. After deletion, data is fully removed within 30 days.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App.
